Accouchement de la grossesse gémellaire au centre hospitalier régional de Thiès : aspects épidémiologiques, diagnostiques, pronostiques et thérapeutiques.

Abstract

Objective: The objective was to evaluate the epidemiological, diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic aspects of twin pregnancies at the Regional Hospital Center of Thiès.
Methodology: This was a retrospective, descriptive study of 207 patients carrying a twin pregnancy of more than 24 weeks of amenorrhea. We had collected all the patients who gave birth to a twin pregnancy at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department of the Regional Hospital Center of Thies between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.
We had studied the epidemiological, diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic aspects.
