Ectopic molar pregnancy: about a case at the university hospital of mother and child lagoon (CHU-MEL) of Cotonou-Benin and literature review

Abstract

We report a case of an ectopic pregnancy discoverded in an university-affiliated maternity in cotonou. The diagnosis was made postoperatively by the histological examination of a spécimen of salpingectomy. The post molar follow-up was performed by the assay of plasma HCG and the pelvic ultrasound. An estroprogestative contraception was prescribed for a period of twelve (12) months.
