Spontaneous gemellar pregnancy of fortuite discovery in a didelphe uterus
Main Article Content
Abstract
authors report one case of twin pregnancy developed simultaneously in each cavity of a didelphic uterus discovered during a cesarean section for retention of the second twin. This malformation was not known until conception. The patient, primigest, had no antenatal check-up and had only performed one antenatal visit. Through this clinical fact, the authors point out the rarity of twin pregnancy in a didelphic uterus and the obstetric risks associated with childbirth in a malformed uterus.
